Flavour, texture and uses Mild and naturally sweet to lightly tangy depending on seasonal blooms. Small, soft granules. Eat by the spoonful, sprinkle on yoghurt or cereal, or blend into smoothies. Start with a small amount if you're new to bee pollen.

What the bees packed in Often described as one of nature's most complete foods - proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, lipids, and antioxidants, packed in by the bees from the flowers they forage. Every batch is a unique reflection of the Sunshine Coast in bloom.

Storage and handling Bring a chilled esky when collecting your order. Keep frozen until use - remove only what you need, reseal immediately, and use a clean dry spoon. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 1–2 weeks. Do not refreeze. Maintaining the cold chain from pickup is the customer's responsibility.
